okayyyy. today, took 176 to ayerrajah with clar. hazel, doreen, dawn&weiting didnt come for training for various reasons. weirong was on the same bus, and throughout the entire trip she didnt notice us -.- until we got off the bus and called her name ._. when we reached at abt 7.55 or so. lotsa ppl were alr there. then they started playing some game which idk how to spell. then they played 'cheat'. huineng does not know how to lie without ppl noticing. lmao. unice looked O.O FREAKY in her new hairstyle [she rebonded it ._.] lol. shermaine cut her hair too. and cherie dyed her hair [it looks nice(: ] the sun was damndamndamndamndamndamndamndamndamndamnx100000000 hot today. which sucked, cause it drains your energy. but the good thing is we could go out onto the field again. id rather go out onto the field when its rainy than sunny. dont care if i get muddy :]

- ran one round of the entire field [half died. it was so huge ._.]
- 20 3 sets of kneeling down batting (my blister popped. great. i still had so much batting to go)
- 3 sets of stepup. 20 each leg.
- 15 2 sets of one hand batting
- 15 2 set of two hands batting
- 10 pushup; sprint 2 sets
- 10 situp; sprint 2 sets
- 20 running on the ground thingy; sprint 2 sets
totally drained of energy. screw you sun.
talked abt the taiwan trip, though we not going. me&clar are going to get the team bags too :] uncle gave us 3 bighugeyellow water bottles. one for each level. weirong didnt bring the bottle home so i had to. unice tortured philis ;D swept the floor. then me&clar went to bathe before going to JEC.

ate with clar at longjohnsilver. then went to jurong library to do homework. did a bit of maths&chinese book thingy. then there was this super loud band playing there. it was effing loud ._. and the singer was sooooooo offtune. point is: they suck. the badm ppl who played 'happy birthday' were wayyyyyyy better. anw. im too lazy to blog alr. bye.
