today's training was...tiring? ran one round [killer], stretched.
- warmup sets. [forward arm swing, backward arm swing, opp. hand-leg thing, crisscross leg, tapping foot thing, jumps, fielding, leg kicking, stretching sideways. etc.]

pitching sets with weiting&weirong:
- warmup pitches 5 baskets of balls
- 3 rotations 7 balls 3 sets
- 2 rotations 10 balls 3 sets
- 1 rotation 15 balls 3 sets
- 10 pushups
- 10 half squats
- ANOTHER round arnd the field *dies*

joined CLAR, huineng, unice, cherie, wanying to do the fitness sets:
- 20 stepups 3 sets
- bicep curls 10 3 sets
- tricep curls 10 3 sets
- wrist curl 20 3 sets
- drop ball 20 3 sets
*each hand*

- catching sets at 1st base
- fielding/throwing sets at 3rd base
- choose either 1st base, 2nd base, shortstop, 3rd base. coverings and fieldings. switch.
- the position usually played in games. went to 2nd base cause usually i play there with the sec2s, but i really wanna play shortstop. damn. nvm.

swept the floor, played cheat. SWEEJOO was so damned funny! dno how to cheat keep taking cards. cherie&lijuan very smart man. cindy was evil.
